Staff

Kristin is our awesome Administrative Assistant.  Kristin joined our Wee Three Kings staff in 2017 in the 24 Month Parent’s Day Out Program.  Kristin and her family live in Milford.  Kristin has an Associates Degree in Business Administration from International Business College.  Kristin’s favorite children’s book is “Love You Forever” by Robert Munsch.

Amber is our Office Manager and joined the Wee Three Kings staff in 2018.  Amber and her family live in Milford.  Amber has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Hanover College.   She is an avid gardener and loves to be outdoors.   Amber’s favorite children’s book is “Planting A Rainbow” by Lois Ehlert.

Becky is our 18 Month Parent’s Day Out Lead Teacher.  Becky joined our Wee Three Kings staff in 2007.  Becky and her family live in Loveland.  Becky has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University Of New Orleans.  Becky’s favorite children’s book is “Love You Forever” by Robert Munsch.

Jess joined our Wee Three Kings staff in 2008.  Jess and her family live in Loveland.  She was a kindergarten assistant for five years in Brussels.  Jess’ favorite children’s books are “The Very Hungry Caterpillar” by Eric Carle and “Ladybug Moves House.”

Kathy joined our Wee Three Kings staff in 2007. Kathy and her family live in Loveland.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Xavier University.  She also holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver.  Kathy’s favorite children’s book is “The Quilt Makers Journey” by Jeff Brumbeau.

Tina is our 30-36 Month Parent’s Day Out Lead Teacher and STEAM 3’s-4’s Lead Teacher.  Tina joined our Wee Three Kings staff in 2011.  Tina and her family live in Loveland.  Tina has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Eastern Kentucky University.  Tina’s favorite children’s book is “From Head to Toe” by Eric Carle.

Amy has been a part of Wee Three Kings since her first child attended our PDO class in 2016.  Amy and her family live in Loveland. She graduated from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor and Master of Science. She worked with children as a school-based occupational therapist for ten years. Amy’s favorite children’s book is “The Snowy Day” by Ezra Jack Keats.

Karen joined the team in 2025.  Karen comes to Wee Three Kings after bringing many children over the past 8 years from her small private daycare in Milford which she ran for over 30 years.   Karen has two grown daughters.  After raising her family in Milford, Karen and her husband moved to a mini farm in Brown County, Ohio.  She loves all things outdoors, gardening and taking care of their menagerie of animals.   Karen’s favorite book is “Goodnight Moon” by Margaret Wise Brown.

Datha joined our Wee Three Kings staff in 2007.  Datha and her family live in Loveland.  Datha has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Augusta State University. Datha’s favorite children’s books are “Goodnight Moon” by Margaret Wise Brown and “Love You Forever” by Robert Munsch.

Crystal comes to Wee Three Kings after bringing her 3 out of 5 children to the school over the past 7 years. Crystal is a certified healthy hands cooking instructor and taught cooking classes to children between the ages of 5-12 as well as a summer nanny for the past 11 years.  Crystal loves all things outdoors, spending time and taking adventures with her family, gardening and watching her kids play a multitude of sports. Crystal’s favorite children’s book is “The Very Quiet Cricket” by Eric Carle.

Amy joined our Wee Three Kings staff in 2013. Amy and her family live in Loveland.  Amy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Michigan State.  Amy’s favorite children’s book is “Move Over Rover” by Karen Baeumont.

AnnaRuth comes to us from Lubbock, Texas. She attended Texas Tech University where she earned a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from The School of Theatre and Dance and a B.A. in Music/Minor in Acting. She has twins, Sydney & Corbin who live in the Ft. Worth, TX & Cincinnati, OH areas. When she isn’t at school, she enjoys performing, traveling, and especially quality time with her precious family and friends. One of her favorite children’s books is “Charlotte’s Web” by E.B. White.

Allison joined our Wee Three Kings staff in 2010. She and her family live in Loveland.  Allison has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Northern Kentucky University. Allison’s favorite children’s book is “It’s the Bear”by Jez Alborough.

Emily joined our Wee Three Kings staff in 2012. Emily and her family live in Loveland.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Miami University. You will find Mrs. Shapiro in PreK for most of the week, but in the STEAM class on Fridays!  Emily’s favorite children’s book is “Bread and Jam for Francis” by Russell Hoban.

Nicole comes to Wee Three Kings after bringing her three boys to the school for the past four years. Nicole has her BBA in Marketing but has discovered in recent years that her passion lies with mothers and children, especially during those initial years. She has had the honor of serving moms within the community through MomCo International and is now excited to join the staff at Wee Three Kings—the people who helped shape her children during their early years! Nicole’s favorite children’s book is Be You! by Peter H. Reynolds

Molly Bauer

Cindy lives with her family in Loveland Ohio.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Miami University  and a Masters in Curriculum and Leadership from Wright State University.  She retired seven years ago from Sycamore Schools after 34 years of teaching and is excited to be back in the classroom. Cindy enjoys gardening, nature walks, and spending time with her grandchildren.  Her favorite children’s book is “How Kind” by Mary Murphy.
