Dear Wee Three Kings Parents and Grandparents,
Happy New Year! We hope you all enjoyed a fun and relaxing break with your families. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to school on January 6th and 7th.
As we return during cold and flu season, please remember that Wee Three Kings is a well-child preschool. If your child is showing any cold or virus symptoms, we ask that you keep them at home. We will continue to diligently screen for illness in our classrooms in an effort to minimize potential exposure and keep both our teachers and students healthy throughout the winter months.
If your child has mild cough or cold symptoms and has been cleared to attend school by a physician, please provide a doctor’s note so we know they are not contagious. We appreciate your cooperation and support in helping us maintain a healthy school environment.
MARK YOUR CALENDARS:
- REGISTRATION for the 2026–27 school year will take place in January. Forms will be sent home the week of January 6. Completed forms and the registration fee are due by 1pm on January 30, 2026. Please see the registration form and cover letter for more information.
- School will be CLOSED Monday, January 19 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
- Parent-teacher CONFERENCES will take place the weeks of January 19 and January 26. Your child’s teacher will send sign-ups via SignUp Genius soon. You will also receive your child’s progress report the week prior to your meeting. Please make every effort to attend—these conversations are essential in helping you determine the best placement for your child next year.
- Thursday, February 12th, 6:30–8:00 PM Join us for A SWEET NIGHT OUT WITH DAD! Preschoolers are invited to bring Dad (or another special guest) for a fun evening of assembling blessing bags for the homeless, decorating and enjoying cookies, taking photos, and enjoying balloon artists and glitter tattoos.
REMINDER: We play outside as much as possible, even in cooler weather. Please dress your child warmly—with a coat, mittens, and a hat.
In the event of INCLEMENT WEATHER, we follow Loveland Schools for delays or closings.
- If Loveland closes, we will also close.
- If Loveland has a 2-hour delay, our morning preschool session will be closed.
- PDO, Lunch Bunch, and STEAM classes will begin at 11:30 a.m.
It is also TAX TIME. The following is our Tax ID#: 31-1395444. You will be able to find all of your payment information in your MyProcare Account. Please let our office manager, Amber, know if you need anything further. You can reach her at finance@weethreekings.org.
Again, we would like to wish everyone a very Happy and Healthy New Year!
God Bless,
Windy Robinson
