Dear Parents and Grandparents,
We look forward to December, as it is such a special time of year at Wee Three Kings Preschool. The excitement of CHRISTMAS is in all of our students’ hearts, and we hope to make the next couple of weeks as magical as possible as we celebrate the arrival of Jesus, our Savior.
Thank you for your generous donations to the HOLIDAY FOOD DRIVE. Nearly 1,000 items– canned fruit, pantry staples, and gift cards for holiday meals — were combined with donations from other partners to help fill 1,000 Thanksgiving and Christmas food boxes for Milford Miami Ministry and Loveland Interfaith Effort (LIFE). These boxes will support neighbors who need a little extra help this season.
SANTA and MRS. CLAUS will be visiting Epiphany this Saturday for a very special morning! Join us Saturday, Dec. 6 from 8:00-10:30am. Enjoy a free pancake and sausage breakfast, take photos with Santa, make a Christmas ornament, create reindeer food, and children can even pick out a gift to give to their parents.
Our preschoolers (3s, Pre-K 1 and Pre-K 2 classes) are busy practicing their songs for our annual CHRISTMAS PROGRAM. Once again this year, we will be performing a nativity play, and we invite all of our families to attend. The dates are as follows:
- Morning preschool classes: Monday, December 8
- Afternoon classes: Tuesday, December 9
Both performances begin at 6:30 p.m. Please check your teacher’s newsletter for additional details.
REMINDER: We play outside as much as possible, even in cooler weather. Please dress your child warmly—with a coat, mittens, and a hat.
In the event of INCLEMENT WEATHER, we follow Loveland Schools for delays or closings.
- If Loveland closes, we will also close.
- If Loveland has a 2-hour delay, our morning preschool session will be closed.
- PDO, Lunch Bunch, and STEAM classes will begin at 11:30 a.m.
MARK YOUR CALENDARS:
- Our last day of school before break is Friday, December 12, and we return Tuesday, January 6.
- Registration for the 2026–27 school year will take place in January. Forms will be sent home the week of January 6. Completed forms and the registration fee are due by January 30, 2026.
- School will be closed Monday, January 19 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
Parent-teacher CONFERENCES will take place the weeks of January 19 and January 26. Your child’s teacher will send sign-ups in January. You will also receive your child’s progress report the week prior to your meeting. Please make every effort to attend—these conversations are essential in helping you determine the best placement for your child next year.
On behalf of the staff at Wee Three Kings, I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year!
Sincerely,
Windy Robinson
