Dear Parents and Grandparents,
Happy Fall! God is Good and has blessed us with a good start to the school year! Thank you for sharing your greatest blessing with us.
A huge thanks to all who participated in our Scholarship Golf Outing! The golf outing raised over $1,700 for Wee Three Kings’ scholarship fund. A special thanks to Steve Bates for organizing this annual outing. We are blessed to have such wonderful and supportive families– thank you!
It’s time to start collecting items for Milford Miami Ministries Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner boxes. We will be collecting fruit cocktail cans again this year! Please consider picking up a few cans the next time you shop.
Mother’s Nature (https://www.mothersnature2.com/services.html) will be visiting our preschoolers and 30 Mo PDO students on October 7th and 8th with her Spiders Program: Weavers, Hunters and Trappers program, telling the story Be Nice to Spiders.
Our students will be excited to participate in our Fall Festival this year. They will be visiting a petting zoo, taking a hayride and choosing a pumpkin from the pumpkin patch as well as having celebratory activities in their class. The Festival goes on all day Tuesday, October 14th and Wednesday, October 15th. The Pre-K2 & 3’s T/Th classes will go on Tuesday during their scheduled class time. The Pre-K1 (4s) & 3’s M/W classes will go on Wednesday. The PDO classes will attend on Tuesday and Wednesday when they are in class. Your children will be spending a substantial amount of time outside on this day. Please be sure to dress them for the weather.
October is a busy month at Wee Three Kings. Our Fruit of the Spirit this month is JOY and preschoolers will be attending chapel on Oct 21st and 22nd.

Now that everyone is back in school and settling into their routine, we have started to conduct our monthly fire drills and quarterly weather and lock down drills. While the drills are serious for our staff to conduct we make them not scary for our students by turning them into games. For example, when we practice our quarterly lock down drills, all of our classes play a hiding and quiet game where we praise them for being the quietest class in school and good listeners for their teachers. If you ever have any questions about school safety, I’d be happy to sit down and speak with you.
Lastly, back by popular demand….Butter Braids! Sales start on October 8th so we can receive these delicious pastries just in time for Thanksgiving! Watch for more information coming home in backpacks next week.
We will be ordering our Wee Three Kings Student T-shirts next week! Please submit your child’s T-shirt size here: https://forms.gle/XCNPL4iTnuHEZg2c8 or scan QR code.
You will find all lesson plans attached on your child’s class page on our website: https://weethreekings.org/
Sincerely,
Windy Robinson
