Welcome back! We are off to a great start. Thank you for attending our New Parent Orientation and our Meet & Greets. It was wonderful meeting everyone and seeing how much the children have grown over the summer!
You will be seeing a new face at the front desk this year: Mrs. Windy Robinson will be our new Administrative Assistant. She and Alicia Neal will be at the front desk to answer any questions you may have. Please stop by and say, hello!
You will be receiving our Parent Auxiliary form this week. Please consider volunteering to help with one of our school events. Your participation is much appreciated!
You will also receive a Scholastic Order Form this week. Your purchases help our school to earn free books! You may order and pay online. Your books will be shipped directly to the school and we will place them in your child’s cubby. September orders are due by Thursday, September 21. Thank you for your support!
Drop-off will begin on September 25th. Please make sure that your child is sitting on the right side of the car and to pull up so that three cars can be unloaded at the same time. The teachers will bring the children to their class. The drop-off only lasts for ten minutes (8:55-9:05 and 12:25-12:35). After 9:05 and 12:35, please do not pull into the line if we are finishing - you will need to park and bring your child to his/her class. If you do not want to utilize drop off, we ask that you park by the playground and use the sidewalk to enter the building. This will ensure the safety of everyone. Please do not go through the circle drive if you are not using the drop-off. Please note that handicap spaces are reserved for those with a handicap pass. Also, please do not park in the front spaces or let your children run in front of you. It is quite difficult for drivers to see your little ones, especially when driving a minivan or SUV. The safety of the children is our number one concern.
Please check our website! The address is www.weethreekings.org. You will be able to access information about the school, the school calendar, as well as your child’s class page. Your child’s class newsletter can be found on this page as well. You can also “like” us on Facebook. We hope these websites will be valuable tools for communication.
We are looking forward to another wonderful year of learning at Wee Three Kings. Please do not hesitate to stop by my office with any questions or concerns you may have.
