As we enter the month of March, we will be busy learning about weather, having some fun with St. Patrick’s Day and welcoming Spring! We will try to play outside as often as possible, so please dress your child accordingly. It is also a good idea to make sure your child has an extra change of clothes (appropriate for the weather) in his/her backpack, in case of an accident.
Summer Camp (early bird) registration ends on March 23rd, so get those forms in! Summer Camp is filled on a first-come/first-served basis. If space allows, you may sign up for both weeks. This year, our camps are scheduled for June 4-7 and June 18-21. We will send your confirmation of placement, by email, by April 6th.
Our Fruit of the Spirit this month will be “Gentleness.” In Chapel time (for Preschoolers) and in the classroom, we will encourage your child to be gentle. Be sure to ask your child what he or she has learned.
We love our awesome teachers at Wee Three Kings Preschool! Therefore, we have scheduled Teacher Appreciation Week for March 19th – 23rd. This is an opportunity to show your child’s teachers how much you truly appreciate all they do. Your room parent will be in touch with ways in which you can participate.
It’s hard to believe, but Spring break is right around the corner. The last day before break will be March 23rd. School will resume on April 2nd.
Our Annual Art Show and Silent Auction is fast-approaching! This will be our one and only fundraiser this year. This year’s Show will be on the evening of April 24th and will take place at the Oasis Conference Center. We hope you and your family will join us for a fun evening, viewing the amazing artwork of all Wee Three Kings students. If you or someone you know owns a business, we would very much appreciate a donation to the Auction – anything from gift cards for local restaurants or shops, to gift certificates for special services such as house cleaning or car detailing, would be perfect!
